As a Sr. UX Designer, you’ll lead the charge in designing intuitive, engaging experiences that resonate with car enthusiasts. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and execute our UX strategy, ensuring our platform is as seamless as it is inspiring.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the UX Strategy: Drive user-centred design across the platform, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences for car enthusiasts. Lead design studios to define the product direction and key features.
  • Lead End-to-End Design: Take ownership of the design process from concept to execution, delivering intuitive, high-impact experiences that meet user and business needs.
  • High-Fidelity Design & Prototyping: Use Figma to create polished UI mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
  • Ensure Responsive & Accessible Design: Deliver mobile-first, responsive designs that provide seamless usability across all devices and adhere to accessibility standards.
  • Design System Ownership: Build and maintain a scalable design system for consistency and efficiency.
  • User Research & Testing: Plan and lead user research and usability testing efforts to uncover insights and use data-driven findings to iterate on designs and improve the user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring user-first solutions to life. Prepare and facilitate developer handovers, ensuring smooth design implementation with clear specifications and follow-up for pixel-perfect execution.
  • Champion Best Practices & Brand Integrity: Advocate for UX best practices, stay ahead of emerging trends, and foster a culture of design excellence. Gatekeep our brand identity, design principles, and product tone of voice to ensure consistency across all deliverables.

About You

  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in a B2C digital product environment.
  • Advanced expert in Figma: You know it inside out and can guide best practices for design systems, prototyping, and collaboration.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end UX processes, from ideation to execution, in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and a proven ability to solve complex problems through design.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
